InRoads Mental Health specializes in in-home and community-based services so we will almost always come to you! This makes it easy and comfortable to manage your mental health journey. Sometimes the services we provide (such as CBRS) may include a community aspect where we join you at activities outside of your home, but these won't be at InRoad's main offices.

Generally, each client is assessed by a qualified clinician during the intake process. Once the services start, you'll work with the rest of our capable and qualified staff. All of the amazing people at InRoads have the appropriate degrees, certifications, and training. They receive case-specific supervision from licensed clinicians and extensive training, including weekly continued education on a variety of mental health topics and interventions.

InRoads provides Medicaid sponsored mental health services, therefore InRoads accepts Medicaid insurance only.

Medicaid insurance covers 100% of the cost for all eligible members.

All services are based on qualifying needs and eligibility. Hours will vary based on those factors. Sessions are generally weekly, and on average each session’s length are the following.
Counseling: 45 minutes-1 hour per week
Peer Support: 2 hours per week
CBRS: 3 hours per week
Case Management and TCC: 1 hour per week
Respite: 5 hours per week

Protecting your confidentiality is required by law as well as by each individual clinician’s professional ethical code, respectively. The general rule is that a provider can only disclose information to another party upon your request and by written/signed authorization to do so.
There are, however, specific exceptions according to Idaho law:
• Child or elder abuse is reported.
• Threat of harm to self or another individual
• A court of law mandates that records be provided in a legal case.

Treatment for each person depends on each individuals’ need and progress towards therapeutic goals. Generally, treatment lasts at least one year. Progress towards goals and discharge is assessed every three months.
